By accessing or making a booking with RATU Village, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all reservations made directly through our official website, via WhatsApp, or through third-party platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.

A valid booking confirmation will be issued once the required payment or deposit has been received. Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal details during the booking process.

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or no-shows will result in a full charge for the total stay.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Guests are expected to respect the property, its furnishings, and local community guidelines.

Any damages or losses caused during the stay may incur repair or replacement costs, charged to the guest prior to departure.

RATU Village and Pera ONE Xperience will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such loss or injury is due to negligence on our part.

RATU Village shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or transportation interruptions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
